Job Summary

JOB TITLE: Project Engineer
LOCATION: Wichita KS
PAY RATE: $65/hour

Qualifying Questions:

Summary:

Track and manage team progress to ensure projects remain on schedule
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering manufacturing and procurement
Utilize Smartsheet and related tools to monitor analyze and report project status
Provide regular status updates and performance reports to management and stakeholders

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Engineering
Minimum of 10 years of experience in program or project engineering support
Strong background in project scheduling coordination and cross-functional team support
Proficiency with Smartsheet or similar project management tools
Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in aircraft manufacturing
Exposure to new product development particularly in aerospace composites or thermoplastics
Familiarity with government contract requirements
