Job Summary

Were hiring a Senior Software Engineer to accelerate automation and AI-driven efficiency across critical business areas targeting a 30% improvement in top manual processes by Q2 2026.

Key Responsibilities:

Design develop and deploy scalable automation solutions.

Partner with Security and Operations to identify automation opportunities.

Ensure seamless transitions from manual to automated workflows.

Monitor debug and document automated systems.

Qualifications:

7 years in software engineering with strong Go expertise.

Experience with automation tools such as Jira Google Workspace Slack Workato Glean or N8n.

Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Familiarity with AI agents LLM workflows or MCP servers (nice-to-have).
