Job Summary

Title: QA Automation Tester

Location: Berkeley Heights NJ/ Alpharetta GA/ Wilmington DE (5 Days)

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute manual and automated test plans test cases and scripts.
Experience setting up test data and test environments
Perform functional regression integration and exploratory testing.
Work with developers to resolve defects and issues.
Create test cases and scripts that can be used by end-users to conduct UAT and/or Pilot Testing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define acceptance criteria and ensure test coverage.
Identify document and track software defects using tools like JIRA.
Interpret test data and interface with development teams and management.
Participate in Agile/SCRUM ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.
Track and report test results for the products compliance to the functional specifications.
Conduct non-functional testing such as performance load and security testing.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of test automation frameworks.
Advocate for continuous quality improvement and best practices in QA processes.
