Job Summary

Project Manager

Charlotte NC- fully onsite 100%

This role is a PM/Report Role within a UAT Environment. Must have Banking UAT experience strong Power Point MS Excel Confluence Jira and ideally ALM Octane.

Need candidate having 6-8 years of experience.

Requirements

PM/Report Role within a UAT Environment.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
4 years of experience in reporting and analytics using Excel PowerPoint (3 years) Jira Confluence
Experience with ALM Octane is highly preferred
Strong analytical capabilities with a proven ability to present complex data in a clear digestible format
Skilled in defining and managing KPIs/OKRs dashboards and reporting frameworks to drive data-informed decisions including automation initiatives.
Will be required to provide capacity planning reporting and PowerPoint presentations
Exceptional oral and written communication skills; consistently produces executive-ready deliverables such as briefings decision memos and strategic roadmaps.
Strong Project Management background required must know the lifecycle of a project
Must be able to analyze data and provide results
