Minimum Requirements

Matric Certificate or equivalent
Minimum 2yrs experience in receptionist/telephonist role
Previous experience in the automotive industry advantageous
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Proficient in computer applications and software
