Minimum Requirements

At least 3 years proven experience in a similar role within the automotive industry
Experienced in working with the VW brand will be advantageous
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills across a range of vehicle makes and models.
Excellent knowledge of automotive systems repair techniques and tools.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with team members and clients.
Commitment to safety and the ability to enforce safety procedures.
Proficiency in using computer software for diagnostic and reporting purposes.
Fluent in Afrikaans and English
A commitment to delivering excellent customer service
Ability to work well under pressure
Valid drivers license and a clean driving record
Clear criminal record
