The Role
As a Projects Associate you will:
- Have the opportunity to work on high profile projects and cross-border transactions on a global scale.
- Lead and manage transactions draft key project documents and provide legal opinions on regulatory issues.
- Build strong relationships with clients and colleagues across our international network.
- Support and mentor junior lawyers helping to shape the next generation of legal talent.
- Contribute to our thought leadership through publications and business development initiatives.
What Were Looking For
- 36 years PQE with experience in a leading infrastructure and/or energy practice.
- Strong technical skills in drafting project agreements and advising on regulatory matters.
- Experience acting in a leading role on major transactions.
- A proactive client-focused approach and excellent interpersonal skills.
