Job Summary

About the Role
TapMango is seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Account Executive to drive growth within the thrift industry including organizations such as large thrift networks and non-profits. This role focuses on winning and expanding enterprise-level accounts delivering exceptional client experiences and leading high-impact presentations. You will represent TapMango to senior stakeholders negotiate complex deals and oversee multi-location rollouts that require precision organization and strategic thinking.
This position is **hybrid** with parttime in office expectations in Toronto.

What Youll Do
Own the full enterprise sales cyclefrom prospecting through closetargeting large thrift organizations and multi-location retail networks
Deliver compelling presentations and lead discovery demos and executive-level conversations
Negotiate high-value contracts while managing nuanced decision cycles and multiple stakeholder groups
Collaborate cross-functionally with Implementation Customer Success and Product to ensure seamless onboarding and long-term account success
Build strategic relationships with prospective enterprise customers and continuously identify upsell/expansion opportunities
Travel up to 20% for conferences presentations and on-site enterprise meetings
Manage complex sales projects with strong organization communication and problem-solving skills

What Were Looking For
Proven track record of closing enterprise deals and hitting or exceeding quota (2 years min)
Exceptional public speaking negotiation and relationship-building skills
Experience selling into multi-location retail franchise networks associations or non-profit organizations is a strong asset
Strong business acumen and the ability to translate customer needs into tailored solutions
Highly organized excellent at managing long sales cycles and comfortable presenting to senior leadership teams
Based in Toronto with the ability to work hybrid and attend in-person meetings as needed
