Experience:Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience in school counseling or related student support role
Salary Range: 40k - 45k
Roles:

Provide individual and group counseling to students to support academic social emotional and personal development.

Help students develop coping strategies for stress peer relationships behavior issues and school-related challenges.
-
Promote mental health and wellbeing through classroom sessions workshops and awareness activities.
-
Collaborate with teachers and school leadership to identify students needing support and develop appropriate interventions.
-
Communicate with parents/guardians regarding student progress concerns and intervention plans.
-
Assist students with academic planning goal setting and future educational pathways where relevant.
-
Maintain accurate confidential records of counseling sessions and student progress.

Participate in school events parent-teacher meetings and student support team meetings to integrate counseling into broader school activities.
Qualification:

Masters in Psychology / Counselling / Social Work (preferred) or relevant qualification in Child Development / Educational Psychology.

Diploma or certification inCounselling will be an added advantage.

Strong understanding of adolescent development mental health and counselling techniques.
-
Proficient in English; Hindi/Gujarati helpful.
