Role Mission
At Maplink we are seeking a Marketing Manager with proven experience in leading B2B technology marketing strategies focused on brand positioning demand generation and revenue impact.
This role is responsible for transforming marketing into a strategic growth engine for the company strengthening Maplinks market positioning accelerating pipeline generation and improving alignment between Marketing Sales and Customer Success across all business units (Google Maps Google Cloud and Maplink Platform).
Responsibilities:
Define and lead Maplinks participation in industry events with a strict focus on pipeline generation moving beyond brand awareness to measurable business opportunities.
Orchestrate multi-channel demand generation campaigns (Paid Media Inbound Email) specifically designed to hit qualified pipeline targets.
Partner with Sales and Pre Sales Team to design communication strategies that drive retention upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing base.
Plan and execute proprietary events and executive roundtables designed to facilitate high-level networking and accelerate sales cycles.
Establish rigorous ROI measurement frameworks for all market presence initiatives ensuring clear lead-to-revenue tracking and post-event sales follow-up.
Develop and execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs in tight coordination with the Sales team to penetrate and expand strategic/enterprise accounts.
Create bespoke marketing assets and personalized campaigns tailored to the specific pain points of Maplinks high-value targets.
Provide ongoing support for the commercial team in complex negotiations through targeted content and strategic touchpoints that drive account engagement.
Translate Sales leadership priorities and revenue gaps into actionable marketing plans that can be executed and measured in the short-to-medium term.
Implement and refine the Lead-to-Revenue process ensuring seamless handoffs between Marketing (MQL) and Sales (SQL) through CRM optimization and lead scoring.
Act as the bridge between technical product capabilities and commercial needs transforming complex features into compelling sales narratives and tools.
Manage performance marketing budgets with a focus on CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost) optimization and contribution to the overall revenue goal.
Continuous analysis of the marketing funnel to identify bottlenecks and implement quick-win tactics that support the Sales teams.
Position the Maplink brand as the unquestionable authority in geolocation and logistics across LatAm through customer success stories and thought leadership.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration Communication or similar.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in B2B marketing preferably in technology SaaS or cloud environments.
- Proven track record of generating measurable pipeline and revenue impact through marketing.
- Experience leading integrated digital marketing and demand generation strategies.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and marketing-to-sales alignment.
- Experience working with CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot Salesforce Marketo or similar).
- Strong analytical skills and ability to manage marketing KPIs and ROI reporting.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong written and verbal english communication skills
Nice to Have
- Advanced Spanish.
- Experience in cloud geolocation logistics or data technology markets.
- MBA or postgraduate degree in Marketing Business or related fields.
- Familiarity with Google Cloud or Google Maps ecosystems.
- Experience with ABM strategies and enterprise sales support.
- Background working with regional or multinational marketing teams
