Job Summary
Responsible for managing a team of workers ensuring all lawn care programs are executed efficiently and effectively. This includes leading the team in tasks like mowing trimming and weed control while also developing and implementing effective lawn care strategies. The team lead also oversees equipment maintenance provides training and mentorship to team members and ensures client satisfaction.
A Lawn Maintenance Team Lead requires a combination of experience leadership skills and technical knowledge in lawn care and landscaping. They need to be able to supervise and train a team ensuring quality work managing schedules and maintaining equipment. Additionally they should possess strong customer service skills and be able to manage budgets and resources effectively.
