Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable Facility Maintenance Technician to support overnight operations at a commercial facility in Seneca Missouri. The Facility Maintenance Technician will handle a variety of general building maintenance tasks to ensure the facility remains safe functional and well-maintained.
This temp-to-hire position offers weekly pay and benefits eligibility.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Perform general building maintenance and repairs
Complete painting drywall and basic carpentry tasks
Assist with plumbing repairs and minor adjustments
Perform basic electrical maintenance as needed
Maintain a clean safe and organized work environment
Respond to maintenance needs during overnight operations
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience with commercial building maintenance preferred
Knowledge of painting carpentry plumbing drywall and basic electrical work
Reliable transportation required
Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
Stable work history required
Ability to work independently on an overnight schedule
