We are seeking a proactive Sales and Lead Generation Executive to drive client acquisition and revenue growth through field sales prospecting and relationship management. The role involves direct client interaction field travel CRM ownership and target-driven performance within the food pharma and life sciences sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate leads through cold calling online research social media and networking
- Conduct field visits farm visits distributor meetings and client presentations
- Coordinate and monitor product field trials and demonstrations with customers
- Manage and update leads opportunities and customer data in CRM systems
- Own the end-to-end sales pipeline from lead qualification to closure
- Execute email campaigns newsletters and marketing outreach initiatives
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships and ensure post-sales support
- Maintain sales documentation quotations orders feedback and performance reports
- Coordinate with accounts logistics and production teams for smooth order execution
- Gather market intelligence competitor insights and customer feedback
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales and Lead Generation
- Strong cold calling negotiation and client-handling skills
- Experience in field sales and target-based environments
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Excel
- Fluent English and Hindi (mandatory)
- Tamil and Malayalam (good to have)
- Willingness to travel and work independently
