Role Overview :
We are looking for a Marketing & Design Specialist to support the launch of a new beauty and wellness mobile application. This role is ideal for someone who combines creative design skills with digital marketing strategy and understands how to position products effectively in the beauty and lifestyle space.
You will play a key role in planning designing and executing marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness user engagement and app adoption.
Key Responsibilities :
App Launch & Marketing Strategy
Plan and execute pre-launch launch and post-launch marketing campaigns
Develop marketing timelines campaign calendars and launch assets
Collaborate with product and development teams to ensure consistent messaging
Creative Design & Content
Design social media creatives digital ads landing pages and email templates
Create visual assets aligned with brand identity and app UI/UX
Produce video teasers promotional content and storytelling visuals
Maintain visual consistency across all digital channels
Digital Marketing & Growth
Manage campaigns across Instagram YouTube TikTok Facebook and Google Ads
Work with influencers and content creators to promote the app
Analyze engagement metrics trends and campaign performance
Support SEO paid advertising and brand visibility initiatives
Collaboration & Partnerships
Work cross-functionally with marketing design and operations teams
Coordinate with external partners influencers and agencies
Ensure campaigns align with budgets timelines and quality standards

Required Skills & Experience
35 years of experience in marketing and digital design
Experience with mobile app launches or digital product marketing
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or Canva Pro
