Job Summary
Role Purpose
Location- Ruddington Nottinghamshire
Level - Manager
Department - People
Working Pattern - Hybrid (three days a week in the head office)

Responsibilities
- Lead inclusion strategy Chair the Inclusion Steering Group and ensure ERGs have a voice.
- Drive global wellbeing Coordinate Mental Health Champions and promote visibility.
- Coach and upskill Equip managers and employees with inclusion and wellbeing knowledge.
- Celebrate awareness Organize events and communications to highlight inclusion and wellbeing.
- Deliver wellbeing initiatives That support mental physical social and emotional health.
- Secure recognition Research and implement external endorsements.
- Facilitate training Lead sessions on bias psychological safety cultural awareness and inclusive leadership.
- Communicate impact Share activities internally and externally to raise profile.
- Use data for action Analyze workforce data to identify gaps and inform policies.
- Track progress Create analytics to measure inclusion and wellbeing performance.
- Provide support Act as a trusted advisor for employees with wellbeing or inclusion concerns.

- Strategic & commercial acumen Align wellbeing with business goals.
