We are seeking an experienced organised and professional Office Manager to join a busy and welcoming primary school in Greenwich starting as soon as possible. This is a senior administrative role responsible for managing the school office supporting staff and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

The Office Manager plays a key role in maintaining efficient administrative systems supporting staff and leadership and ensuring the school environment is well-organised and welcoming. Senior leadership provides guidance support and opportunities for professional development.
As the Office Manager you will oversee administrative functions coordinate staff and parent communications and manage office systems. You will ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations while supporting the schools wider strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the daily running of the school office and administrative systems
Act as the first point of contact for parents carers staff and visitors
Manage correspondence telephone calls and emails professionally
Maintain accurate records databases and filing systems
Support staff with administrative tasks scheduling and reporting
Coordinate school events meetings and communications
Manage office supplies and ensure smooth operation of office systems
Ensure confidentiality data protection and safeguarding procedures are followed
Assist senior leadership with operational and strategic projects as required

Have proven experience in office management or senior school administration
Be highly organised proactive and able to prioritise tasks effectively
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Be confident using Microsoft Office and school management systems
