The Opportunity

ââThe Senior HRIS Manager is responsible for implementing managing and optimizing the organizations Human Resources Information Systems across multiple regions. This role ensures HR technology solutions align with Human Resource priorities and broader enterprise objectives.

âThe role involves system ownership project leadership and stakeholder management to deliver scalable HR technology solutions that drive efficiency enhance the employee experience and provide actionable workforce insights.â

Requirements:

  • Lead HRIS projects including system implementations upgrades and integrations in a multi-region environment.
  • Support effective change management through stakeholder engagement training and communication.
  • Collaborate with IT vendors and external consultants to evaluate implement and support HR technology solutions.
  • Revise and enhance existing systems and processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of system configurations workflows and enhancements.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations configuration and optimization of HR systems.
  • Drive process improvements include automation employee/manager self-service and mobile enablement.
  • Ensure system integrity compliance and data governance across regions.
  • Develop and manage reporting dashboards and workforce analytics to support data-informed decision-making.
  • ââProvide insights into workforce trends and partner with senior stakeholders on strategic initiatives.â

What are we looking for:

Education

  • ââBachelors degree in Human Resources Computer Science or a related field.â
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is an asset.

Experience

  • ââ8 to 10 years of progressive HRIS experience with at least 3 to 5 years in leadership or project management capacity.â
  • Demonstrated experience supporting multi-region North American HRIS implementations and operations.
  • Proven ability to manage HR technology projects including implementations upgrades and integrations.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes compliance and data governance best practices.
  • Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
  • ââProficiency in HRIS platforms (experience with Dayforce or UKG will be an asset)â
  • Advanced reporting and data visualization skills (Excel Power BI or similar).
  • Strong analytical and technical problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with experience coaching and developing team members.
  • High level of integrity and attention to detail when handling sensitive HR data.
  • Passion for leveraging HR technology to improve employee experience and organizational effectiveness. Proficiency in MS Office Excel Word and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work independently within the sales team and across organizational boundaries as required
  • Must possess a reliable vehicle and a valid drivers licenseâ
