Your job on this team is to serve clients! We handle the rest!
- Prospect for leads
- Set appointments
- Conduct individual client needs analysis
- Ensure that buyer clients are pre-qualified
- Identify homes to show that meet the criteria.
- Schedule showings
- Write and submit offers
- Promptly return all client communications
- Provide clients with pricing information and market research
- Communicate with the administrative team
- Attend team meetings and training
- Set and hold listing appointments
- Develop your own client sphere
- Participate in Social Media challenges
The only thing you must bring to the table is your PA Real Estate License.However these qualities that will make you a great agent and a great fit for our team are:
