Role Overview

Are you energized by a marketing leadership role that leverages consumer insights analytics and shopper understanding to accelerate brand impact at the point of purchase If so the Channel Shopper Marketing Manager role could be an exciting opportunity to explore.

In this role you will support the delivery of brand sales and performance by developing and executing best-in-class high-impact multi-channel shopper plans aligned to category and customer strategies. You will translate brand and retailer objectives into clear retailer-specific activation plans that drive growth across Grocery and Pharmacy channels.

In this role you will

  • Support the delivery of brand sales market share profit and gross margin targets across selected categories

  • Deploy global shopper marketing toolkits with maximum impact creating strong brand presence across relevant shopper touchpoints

  • Design cost-effective high-impact shopper activations where global toolkits require local adaptation

  • Leverage shopper category and retailer insights to shape and evaluate key shopper campaigns

  • Build strong collaborative relationships with National Accounts to deliver impactful shopper solutions including direct customer engagement

  • Bring deep regional retail category and shopper insight into competitor and market analysis to optimize global and regional toolkits

  • Act as the shopper lead within the commercial planning process ensuring the shopper voice is embedded in brand and customer plans

  • Evaluate shopper and retailer activations to ensure efficient investment and continuous improvement in ROI

  • Manage the shopper marketing budget including monthly forecasting and phasing of spend


Why you

Basic Qualifications

We are looking for professionals with the following required skills and experience to achieve our goals:

  • Associate degree

  • Experience in shopper marketing including deploying successful toolkits

  • Experience creating and executing shopper activations and working with external creative agencies

  • Project management experience


Preferred Qualifications

If you have the following it would be a plus:

  • Bachelors degree

  • Strong ability to lead projects with energy passion and influence

  • Experience working cross-functionally within commercial teams

  • Solid data analysis capability and strong commercial acumen
