Why your Role Matters
As the Reward Specialist you will plays a key role within the Remuneration & Reward team to support the delivery of strategic and operational reward initiatives across the University and ensure alignment with UNSWs values and strategic goals. This role provides expert advice on position classification job evaluation and remuneration & benefits matters ensuring alignment with UNSW Professional Staff Enterprise Agreement. The Reward Specialist collaborates with People & Culture stakeholders to deliver consistent compliant and innovative reward solutions.
