Roles and Responsibilities:
Team Leadership
Leading managing and holding team members accountable for performance
Conducting weekly meetings setting & monitoring scorecard metrics with team members and leadership of quarterly planning and goal setting for team
Onboarding and training new team members
Ongoing training of existing team members process development and innovative solution-based thought leadership
Collaborating with other team leaders within and across departments to deliver the employee and client experience
Acting as a backup to team personnel when necessary
Supporting Client Strategy & Marketing Execution
Gather data to prepare and send RFPs to carrier partners for quotes review current benefits and plan amendments
Analyze market summaries and present proposals to internal teams and clients.
Audit renewals for completeness and accuracy.
Contribution of thought leadership carrier relationships and communication throughout the marketing workflows.
