Summary -
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic professional to lead our partnerships and promotional campaigns within the Loyalty & Partnerships function. This role will be responsible for identifying onboarding and managing strategic partners across key categories such as banking retail travel and lifestyle.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of loyalty constructs and a proven track record in building ecosystem partnerships that enhance customer value and drive direct channel revenue.
Key Responsibilities -
The role will include but is not limited to the following:
- Identify evaluate and onboard strategic partners to enhance the loyalty programs value proposition.
- Structure and negotiate mutually beneficial collaborations with partners across various industries.
- Design and execute partner-led campaigns to drive member engagement acquisition and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing product analytics) to integrate partner offerings seamlessly into customer journeys.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance ensuring alignment with business objectives and ROI targets.
- Develop co-branded initiatives and exclusive offers to strengthen brand affinity and customer loyalty.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging partnership opportunities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Manage partner relationships ensuring long-term value creation and sustained engagement.
Preferred qualification & experience -
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Marketing or a related field
- 810 years of experience in partnerships business development or loyalty marketing preferably within consumer-facing industries.
Skills & Knowledge -
- Strong understanding of loyalty programs customer engagement strategies and ecosystem partnerships.
- Proven ability to structure and manage high-impact collaborations.
- Excellent negotiation communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess partnership performance and campaign effectiveness.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to unlock new value through partnerships.
