DescriptionJob Summary:
As Junior Program Manager you will support the hiring coordination and execution of the growth of OCI teams in CZ. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals meet deadlines and contribute to the successful delivery of business initiatives. Its a time-limited 6-month contract with an immediate start.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Project Management or a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Some experience in project or program management or relevant internships.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
- Fluent English
- Strong attention to detail and proactive problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing priorities.
ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:
- Admin support and help recruiters and hiring managers to grow the team
- Covering onboarding agenda and general support of new hires
- Help preparing status reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering product and operations.
