We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth in the Telecom Data Center market within the CEE region. This role focuses on developing strategic relationships identifying new business opportunities and expanding Delta Electronics presence in the data center segment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business strategies to grow the telecom data center business segment within Deltas Telecom Infrastructure Business Unit
- Identify new opportunities build partnerships and manage key accounts
- Work with internal teams on technical and commercial proposals
- Lead negotiations and close deals to achieve revenue targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions for clients
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities and adapt strategy
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences
- Cross-functional collaboration in a multinational setting
Qualifications :
- Experience: 510 years in sales preferably in the telecom and data center industry
- Experience in deal negotiation proposal development and strategic partnerships
- Education: Higher education degree in business engineering or a related field (preferred)
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of telecom and data center markets
- Excellent communication negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Solution selling consultative sales approach
- Technical understanding of industry challenges & infrastructure
- Requirements:
- Valid driving license
- Willingness to travel up to 70%
