Job Summary

About the Role:

In Fever we are looking for a person to join the Markeplace Operations Team. The tasks will consist of the following:

Fevers Back Offices Management: creation configuration monitoring and ongoing maintenance of experiences across internal and external ticketing and distribution platforms.
Operational Monitoring:daily checks of published experiences to ensure correct setup performance and smooth operation.
Cross-Team Coordination:daily collaboration with Project Management Product Quality Assurance Marketing Finance and other stakeholders to support back-office plan configuration coordinate experience launches and continuously improve internal operational processes.
API Integrations Maintenance:oversee the day-to-day performance of external partner API integrations proactively identify issues coordinate fixes with technical teams and partners and ensure seamless operational continuity for live experiences.
Team Alignment & Reporting:participate in weekly meetings with relevant internal teams to align priorities report operational issues and support continuity of marketplace operations.

About You

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills:able to collaborate effectively with multiple internal and external stakeholders on a daily basis.
Fast learner with strong retention andability to multitaskin a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable working under pressure and handling high-demand peaks.
High level of English and Spanish(required).
2 years of experiencein similar roles
Proactive and decisive with strong problem-solving and quick-reaction skills.
Strong command of Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn new tools (SQL dashboards internal systems etc.).
