What Youll Do
As a Software Product Manager you will:
Independently conductcustomer and market researchto understand pain points needs and emerging trends
Identifykey problems and opportunitiesfor new orenhancedproducts
Define and refine clearvalue propositionsand product positioning grounded in user insights and business goals
Drivedata-informed decision-makingby defining tracking and interpreting KPIs and product usage metrics
Buildbusinesscasesopportunity sizingand ROIto support product investment decisions
Lead the definition of product requirements user stories and roadmaps balancing customer value feasibility and strategic alignment
Collaborate with developers designers and other stakeholders in anagile product development environment
Engage inproduct validationefforts from early discovery to post-launch feedback gathering
Owntheongoing success of launched solutionsby monitoring feedback adoption usage patternsand usage metrics
What You Bring
ABachelors or mastersdegree in business Engineering Computer Science or a related field
3 years of experience as a Software Product Manager or in a closely related product role
Hands-on experience working on software productsthroughout their lifecycle from discovery to launch and optimization
Strong customer-centric mindset with experience translating user needs into clear product requirements and outcomes
Adata-driven mindset with curiosity around KPIs product usage and customer feedback
Excellentcommunication skills both written and verbal
Ateam-oriented attitudeand the ability to work collaboratively in diverse international teams
Proactivity openness to feedback and awillingness to learn and growin a fast-paced environment
Proactivity ownership and comfortoperating with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
Creativity and critical thinking to approach problems withfresh perspectives
A genuineinterest in technology software products and user experience
