Product Vision & Strategy:
Create managemaintain and communicate product vision roadmap and backlog for product solutions withhigh levelsof complexity and scope.

Qualifications:
6 years of proficient ability in a product management role with a focus on building technology products.
Proactive and growth mindset withProduct Lifecycle Management experience in delivering large and complex business/technology initiatives.
Demonstrated leadership experience and success inlargeand highly cross-functional organizations to drive product growth.
Ability to objectivelyleveragequantitative and qualitative analysis to evaluate the benefits and risks of products progressing through the product development pipeline.
Aproventrack recordof and a desire tooperatein a greenfield environment building newframeworks and processes. Make decisions quickly and iterate as you learn and progress.
Excellent writing visual and verbal communication skills and the ability to break down complex problems into smaller manageable pieces or compelling narratives while employing a high degree of collaboration and influence.
An understanding of the technical design and UX implications of your functional requirements.
Experience in Product MVP development innovation and/or strategic initiatives including working with marketing engineering and other cross-functional partners.
Bachelorsdegree or equivalent relevant work experience ;Advanced degree preferred

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidates actual pay will be based on various factors such as work location qualifications and experience so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
At T-Mobile employees in regular non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employees eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
