Job Summary
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Team Lead to join our dynamic and fast-paced organization. As a Scrum Master you will be responsible for leading the execution of scrum ceremonies and practices with your team. This includes sprint planning estimation backlog grooming daily stand-ups sprint reviews retrospectives and reporting and metrics such as burn down and velocity. You will also be responsible for issue management removing barriers and tracking dependencies as well as risk management identifying potential problems and mitigating them. As a coach you will help team members peers Product Owner and other stakeholders improve their skills and work together. Critical thinking is a key aspect of this role as you must be able to quickly analyze situations and guide teams towards solutions. Additionally you should have a strong understanding of technology and engineering practices including DevOps and CI/CD pipeline. This is a hybrid role with the option for both remote and in-office work. . Coach team members in agile/scrum framework Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration
Be the point of contact for business communications Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of the sprint Ensure a smooth release with minimum issues
