Job Summary

Sourcing Lead- Capex

Operations Lead will focus on Strategic Sourcing & Procurement Program delivery Client Stakeholder Management and Operations management for Capex Category in FMCG Industry to deliver all contractual KPIs including Savings Targets Timely Project Delivery and Consistent project execution Quality.
Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree (Engineering Degree preferred)
6-7 years experience in Sourcing and Procurement of Capex category
Experienced in working with Global Teams / Clients
Business English Minimum C1 and CIPSMCIPS CPMS as an advantage
Hands-on experience in managing (e)sourcing projects across different categories
Experience in drafting sourcing plans business case creation sourcing execution.
Experience in project or program management deep understanding of e-sourcing tools.
Knowledge of negotiations and contract drafting
Understanding of supplier market in the consumer goods industry
Exposure to e-procurement tools like Ketera Ariba Click Commerce or similar.
Experience in usage of Porters 5 forces SWOT analysis.
Hybrid Role
Travel to Cork is required minimum twice per month

Key Skills:

Sourcing & Procurement Management:
- Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) and be able to Guide Team & Stakeholders.
- Map Client requirements by understanding the needs of Business Users & Engineering Groups
- Develop detailed Sourcing Project Charters through defining project background objectives and strategies to be followed.
- Deep knowledge of RFX processes (SOW writing quoting matrix technical and commercial evaluation suppliers interaction etc.)
- Drive effectively a team assigning responsibilities and setting project goals.
SME understanding of Capex category & associated Global Supplier search evaluation and selection.
Well-versed and hands-on Contract management process
Documents Management with strong organization skills (meetings minutes RFX documentation emails etc.)
Lead and where applicable assist / coach the team in negotiation with suppliers.
Strong Supplier Relationship Management skills to build long term Supplier relationship to drive value.
Ability to derive Market Intelligence through secondary reports and macro events to identify Supply Chain Risks and adopt Sourcing Strategy to deliver value
Identification of Sourcing opportunities/ projects
- Spend analysis and management.
- Supplier rationalization
- Preferred Suppliers development
- Catalog program development and execution.
- Savings delivery
- Ensure compliance with policies and audit requirements & driving compliance for entire Capex delivery team.
Good hands-on knowledge of ERP & Sourcing Project Management Tools & Systems such as SAP Ariba Coupa or similar.
Ability to guide team members / suppliers / stakeholders on Clients procurement policies and processes.
The candidate must have strong analytical capability including advanced MS Excel skills.

Soft skills:

- Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication skills (email by phone or 121)
- Focused on Customer Service to maximize customer satisfaction level (preferably experienced in a client facing role in Service Provider-Client set up)
- Transformation Mindset: ability to identify and project manage transformation /improvement opportunities.
- The candidate must have demonstrated people management of diverse cross-cultural and Global teams.
- Ability to coach / mentor and develop team members.
- Organized and Proactive with day-to-day tasks and goal oriented
