Job Summary

Executive Assistant (at the rank of Clerk II) in the Centre of Buddhist Studies (Ref.: 533938) (to commence as soon as possible on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme totalling up to 10% of basic salary with the possibility of renewal)

Applicants should possess a good Bachelors degree or equivalent; preferably with 1-2 years administrative experience in public or non-profit making organisations. They should also have an excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua) good organisational and communication skills computer literacy and be able to work efficiently and independently. The appointee is expected to organise lectures workshops seminars conferences and cultural events engage in project administration and other general administrative work as needed. He/She may be required to work irregular hours. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview.

A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
