Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound B2B sales activities across phone email video and social media
Engage clients throughout all stages of the sales funnel from first contact to handover
Identify and connect with alternative decision-makers using tools such as Sales Navigator and other lead-generation methods
Actively manage and maintain a strong sales pipeline driving prospects through each stage
Accurately document all customer interactions in the CRM system
Qualify leads and hand them over smoothly to the onboarding team
Track and report daily monthly and quarterly performance metrics
Follow defined response-time SLAs and required sales cadences
Collaborate closely with internal teams to achieve shared goals
Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
At least 2 years of B2B sales experience ideally in tech SaaS or digital environments
Solid knowledge of business development lead generation and qualification methodologies
Proven ability to identify high-potential opportunities and grow customer value over time
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced evolving sales environment
Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
Digital advertising knowledge is a plus
