Job Summary
Maintains cleanliness of hotel and keeps Room Attendants supply carts emptied in a timely manner. All Caesars employees are expected to deliver truly great service and to create a warm and friendly atmosphere to our guests. This creates and ensures a fun and exciting environment where the flawless delivery and execution of service excellence is paramount. Employees must work well as a team maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies and gaming regulations.
Consistently demonstrates superior customer service skills by displaying Spotlight on Success behaviors. Maintains upbeat positive attitude positive energy and enthusiasm from one interaction to the next. Creates an atmosphere of luck and celebrates customer wins. Is ready to serve and informed of daily information; builds relationships by greeting guests with a warm friendly verbal greeting. Anticipates needs and provides fast flawless service. Checks for satisfaction and properly uses the Service Recovery process to resolve problems when they exist. Promotes Total Rewards programs and card membership. Provides a warm farewell and thanks guests for visiting.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Transports cleaning equipment up and down ramps. Vacuums and shampoos carpet. (Daily) Washes windows inside and out. Washes and cleans walls light fixtures louvers ceilings shelves and outside walls and cement walls. Operates and controls all mechanical equipment including rotary machines blowers and back vacuums including a golf cart. Cleans and empties various cleaning equipment including shampooers buffers and vacuums. Recognizes and uses appropriate chemicals. Assists Room Attendants with stripping beds emptying trash bringing fresh linen and other related responsibilities. When needed make up room. Delivers upon requests guest amenities i.e. pillows additional beds blankets and much more. All other duties as assigned. Overall cleaning of the hotel. Responsible for deep cleaning of rooms. |
Qualifications:
EDUCATION/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
