Your Key Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include but not limited to:
Serve as the primary point of contact for all FRA matters ensuring delivery of agreed service levels and KPIs.
Lead month-end close activities including analysis review and validation of financial statements and conduct cross-functional performance reviews.
Drive conclusions on complex accounting issues implement reporting projects and policies and lead continuous process improvements across the accounting cycle.
Ensure adherence to the Financial Control Manual (FCM) and oversee remediation activities identified through internal or external audits.
Approve significant journal entries and account reconciliations to maintain accuracy and compliance.
Review significant contracts for appropriate financial terms technical accounting conclusions and alignment with functional requirements.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including auditors and senior finance leaders ensuring timely communication and resolution of issues.
Review and assess changes to employee benefit plans and accrual estimates for potential financial statement impacts ensuring compliance and accuracy.
What youll bring to the role:
Essential Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or Chartered Accountant qualification strongly preferred.
Advanced degree in Accounting or Finance is an advantage.
Proficiency in Thai and English with strong communication skills.
Minimum of 8 years of accounting experience ideally in Big 4 public accounting healthcare or a large corporation with a shared services model.
Demonstrated expertise in applying IFRS accounting practices and principles.
Significant experience in financial accounting and reporting auditing and process engineering with a proven track record of strong control focus and delivering change initiatives.
In-depth knowledge of complex accounting topics such as revenue recognition inventory divestitures and acquisitions.
Strong technical skills including enterprise systems knowledge (SAP) combined with critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
