THE ROLE
We are looking for a #TechTalent to work as aSenior Business Application Manager for a national project.
YOUR DAY TO DAY
- Be fully responsible for projects to enhance the IS architecture and implementing them throughout the project life cycle and control their implementation;
- Be responsible by building documentation and mapping the respective requirements;
- Provide end-user functional support in a timely and efficient manner;
- Address incidents and requests to external providers;
- Build and maintain a knowledge base regarding support issues;
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards using HR Tools data;
- Monitor and execute production tasks (e.g. data quality controls and reporting).
WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR
- 5 years of professional experience in similar roles;
- Proficiency in PowerBI Desktop and experience in datamodeling projects;
- Solid experience of Microsoft Excel;
- Experience in managing the relationship between Business and IT;
- Fluency in English(written & spoken).
