Size and functions of local team: 19 employees total majority developers; 1 senior AE (Arthur) CEO actively involved CSM team being built

Role description:
SDR Hybrid inbound/outbound role focused on lead qualification and appointment setting.

  • Targeting operations managers and DGAs in multi-location multi-language and multidisciplinary organisations

  • Sales cycles: B2B mid-market

  • Deal size: MRR 800 (current) scaling to 1.5K2K

  • Goal: 4 closed deals per month

  • Leads and ICP defined marketing agency supports with lead lists and messaging

  • Collaboration with senior AE and marketing on outreach strategy

  • No high-volume calling; emphasis on quality messaging and executive presence

  • Reporting directly to AE; weekly 1-on-1s with CEO

Salary range & secondary benefits:
40K50K base
10K20K variable (based on meetings booked SAOs or pipeline generated)
24 holidays 3 extra per year
