Pay: 15.00 Group Leader Certification for those who do not have the 90 hours for a Group Leader per licensing
Hours: Monday through Friday Thornton Elementary 6am-9am pm 3pm-6pm Higdon Elementary 6am-9am pm shift 3:15pm-6pm ELC in Laplata am Shift 6-9:45 pm Shift 3:45-6pm

As an AlphaBEST Group Leader Assistant youll help shape meaningful before and after school moments that help kids learn grow and thrive.
Were looking for someone who:
- Enjoys working with children in a structured high-energy environment
- Takes child safety seriously and follows procedures closely
- Is flexible reliable and ready to jump in wherever needed
In this role you will:
- Assist with daily curriculum activities (World Languages STEAM Fitness Maker and Arts) while encouraging positive peer interactions
- Make child safety the top priority at all times
- Keep the space clean and organized
- Help create an environment where kids feel supported and included
- Build strong relationships with teammates kids families and school staff
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- CPR and First Aid certification required
- Ability to work in a classroom setting with regular bending and lifting (up to 25 pounds)
- Heres what youll need:
  - Must have a high school diploma or GED
  - 3-6 months experience in a childcare educational setting
  - Must be at least 18 years old
  - Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs
