Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst with Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance to lead product strategy and delivery for insurance solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong domain expertise in P&C insurance excellent stakeholder management skills and experience in driving product vision and execution in an Agile environment.
Required Qualification:
The job entails an extensive amount of travel. The job also entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone email or face to face.

Required Qualification:
- Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology.
- Experience in P&C insurance domain with strong understanding of multiple lines of business:
- Experience in product management or product ownership within insurance or financial services.
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working as a Product Owner in an Agile environment.
- Candidates need to be in and around or willing to relocate to any of the locations Hartford CT Raleigh NC Indianapolis IN Richardson TX and Tempe AZ.
- Insurance industry experience is a must experience supporting insurance Carriers.
- Strong experience in requirement gathering analysis and creating detailed business requirements documents.
- Experience in Agile projects.
- Excellent communication leadership and stakeholder management skills.

- Applied experience with large-scale complex IT projects in insurance.
- Familiarity with multiple software development methodologies.
- Proficiency in MS Word Excel Visio MS Project PowerPoint; knowledge of JIRA Rally SharePoint is a plus.
- Database/SQL experience and ability to interpret data for decision-making.
- Prior experience with reporting and analytics tools like MicroStrategy Tableau Qlik.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Awareness of emerging technologies and AI trends in insurance.
