Job Summary
E-Logic Inc. is seeking a Web Application Developer to support a government client within the IT Department of Homeless Services and Housing (DHSH). The selected candidate will support the design development maintenance and enhancement of web-based applications and reporting solutions used to support public health and housing initiatives. This role is ideal for a technically strong analyst who can work independently collaborate with stakeholders and deliver high-quality solutions in a public-sector environment. This position will be hybrid with 3 days on site and 2 days remote after training with a duration of 6 months to 1 year with a possibility to extend it.
Key Responsibilities
- Design develop and maintain web applications using modern Microsoft and JavaScript frameworks
- Support application enhancements troubleshooting and performance improvements
- Develop and maintain data reports and dashboards using Power BI and SSRS
- Perform research analysis and problem resolution related to application issues
- Work with relational databases including writing and optimizing SQL queries
- Collaborate with government stakeholders IT teams and business users
- Document technical solutions processes and system changes
- Ensure work complies with government standards policies and security requirements
Required Qualifications
- Experience with Core C# MVC and Angular
- Experience with Power BI and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
- Strong experience working with relational databases and SQL
- Excellent analytical research and problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and follow through on assignments
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering Information Technology or equivalent professional experience
- Strong background in coding languages databases and data analytics tools
- Interest in new and emerging technologies
- Experience supporting or integrating Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems
- Prior experience working in a government or public-sector environment
- Relevant technical certifications are a plus.
