Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled and creative UI/UX Lead to join our team and drive the design
vision for our digital products. The ideal candidate will have a strong design portfolio leadership
capabilities and experience in user-centered design principles. Youll lead a team of UI/UX
designers and collaborate closely with product managers developers and other stakeholders to
deliver outstanding user experiences.
Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of UI/UX designers ensuring high-quality design output.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define and implement innovative
solutions.
Create wireframes prototypes and user flows based on user and business needs.
Conduct user research usability testing and gather feedback to improve designs.
Develop and maintain design systems style guides and standards.
Advocate for best UI/UX practices and user-centered design across the company.
Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends tools and technologies.
Present design ideas and concepts to stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Design HCI Computer Science or related field.
6 years of experience in UI/UX design with at least 2 years in a lead role.
Strong portfolio showcasing design thinking and problem-solving.
Proficiency in design tools like Figma Adobe XD Sketch InVision etc.
Experience with user research A/B testing and usability analysis.
Strong understanding of HTML CSS and responsive design principles is a plus.
Excellent communication collaboration and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
