Develop and manage client portfolios.
Write structured prompts to customize AI solutions.
Test the product & ensure top-notch quality.
Suggest improvements to enhance user experience.
Collaborate with internal teams to bridge the gap between customer expectations & technical implementation.
Provide proactive recommendations to optimize the product for enterprise clients.
Ensure smooth onboarding & adoption of AI solutions for customers.
Additional Information :
Experience: 2 years (Customer Success in a tech-based product)
Skills: Strong communication quick learning problem-solving & product QA
