About the role:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Security & Support Consultant to manage day-to-day Oracle Fusion security operations user access requests and support activities. The role focuses on controlled user provisioning RBAC changes SoD validation support audit assistance and L3 incident triage ensuring compliance with approved security processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Oracle Security Operations
Perform user provisioning and de-provisioning based on approved access requests
Implement RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) changes as per defined security policies
Support Segregation of Duties (SoD) validation activities
Prepare and provide audit extracts and supporting documentation
Coordinate with auditors and internal stakeholders during audits
Support & Incident Management
Handle L3 incident triage related to Oracle security and access issues
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and prepare incident documentation
Coordinate and track Oracle Service Requests (SRs) with Oracle Support
Ensure timely resolution and communication of security-related incidents
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong experience with Oracle Fusion Security and access management
Hands-on knowledge of RBAC SoD controls and audit requirements
Experience handling production L3 support incidents
Familiarity with Oracle Support processes and SR lifecycle
Strong documentation and stakeholder coordination skills
