Job Summary

What you will do

  • Own the platforms endtoendfrom technical delivery and configuration through upgrades and lifecycle management (CRM CPQ supply chain contact center).
  • Orchestrate integrations & data flows with the right tooling and guardrails ensuring performance security and compliance by design.
  • Lead UAT and change managementplan releases run UAT and land change with great documentation training and internal comms.
  • Enable adoptionmaintain a clear knowledge base; coach users and partners for steady confident usage.
  • Partner across functionswork closely with IT project managers and product owners to translate business needs into scalable solutions.

Youll be the technical owner who keeps our platforms healthy and evolvingbalancing stability with continuous improvement and pairing handson configuration with clear guardrails for scale.

This role is based in Novi Belgrade and partners daily with Business Area Europe stakeholders.


Qualifications :

  • 5 years of platform implementation/ownership across CRM/CPQ and/or supply chain (e.g. WMS TMS ERP).
  • Integration knowhow and ease in Agile environments; comfortable shaping solution architecture and technical roadmaps.
  • Proven delivery track recordyou run structured UAT derisk changes and keep stakeholders aligned.
  • Strong governance mindsetdata protection security standards and regulatory compliance are second nature.
  • Fluent English (other European languages are a plus).
