Job Summary
You are responsible for defining and driving the AI vision and agenda for KPN Consumer Market. Together with your team you translate strategy into a clear multi-year roadmap and deliver AI solutions that create measurable commercial and operational impact. You balance vision with execution: setting direction while ensuring things actually get done. You build strong cross-functional partnerships and lead change in how AI is adopted across the organization. You coach a young ambitious team and create an environment where learning ownership and impact go hand in hand.
- Define the AI vision strategy and 3-year roadmap for Consumer Market ensuring strong buy-in and adoption across the organization and stakeholder landscape.
- Drive successful development and rollout of AI use cases across channels such as Customer Service Retail and Field Operations
- Lead coach and develop a team of AI professionals with a strong focus on talent growth
- Build and lead cross-functional collaborations with customer channels commercial digital product IT and architecture teams and drive the organizational change needed to embed AI into new ways of working and more efficient workflows.
- Ensure governance compliance and responsible AI usage aligned with KPN standards
Your team consists of around 11 FTE mainly young professionals with strong machine learning and AI skills. The team has a hands-on mindset loves to experiment and is driven to make real impact. The culture is open ambitious and slightly rebellious: learn fast dare to fail and get things done together.
Qualifications :
You are a leader who combines strategic thinking with execution power. You feel comfortable in complex stakeholder environments and are not afraid of difficult conversations. Coaching talent energizes you and you know how to challenge teams to perform at a Champions League level. You think from the perspective of customers and colleagues not just technology. You bring calm direction and momentum in a fast-changing environment. Om dit succesvol te kunnen doen heb je in ieder geval:
- WO level of thinking and working
- 510 years of experience including leadership roles preferably in AI or Data with a strong business focus
- Proven experience leading and developing teams of (young) professionals
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate vision into strategy and roadmap
- Experience preparing and presenting decision documents at different organizational levels
- Strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts with the ability to translate them into commercial and operational impact

As an employer we offer you an attractive package including:
- Gross monthly salary between 6576 and 10389 depending on your experience (based on 40 hours)
- A fixed 13th-month salary partially paid monthly and partially in January or you can allocate it to a FLEX & BOOST goal of your choice
