現場の最前線に立ちながら料飲部門全体の運営マネジメントを担当していただきます
レストランおよび会議宴会業務の実務対応に加え予約管理シフト勤怠管理スタッフ育成まで幅広く携わるポジションです
またルレエシャトー基準のサービス品質を現場で体現しクレーム対応や改善施策を通じてチーム全体のレベル向上をリードしていただきます
You will work hands-on on the floor while overseeing the overall operation of the Food & Beverage department.
Responsibilities include daily restaurant and meeting/banquet service reservation coordination staff scheduling and time management as well as team development.
You will also embody and uphold Relais & Châteaux service standards leading complaint handling and continuous service improvement while raising the overall performance of the team.
Qualifications :
応募資格 / Qualifications
ホテルレストラン等飲食業界での実務経験 3年以上
Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel or restaurant operations日本語英語ともに ビジネスレベルで対応可能な方優遇
Business-level Japanese and English preferredマネジメント経験をお持ちの方優遇
Management experience preferred- 日本国内で就労可能な在留資格就労ビザをすでにお持ちの方
Must currently hold a valid work visa for Japan
