Job Summary

  • In this role you engage with our internal (Linde Gas) and 3rd party customers in EMEA to understand their business needs with respect to plant lifecycle solutions
  • You will pro-actively drive business development and sales of the Linde PLANTSERV portfolio (i.e. revamps relocations studies operational support and repair) across all Linde Engineering technologies (Air Separation Hydrogen Sustainable Hydrocarbons) including generating new leads with the new customers across EMEA
  • You will perform market intelligence studies structure and strengthen installed plants database develop and implement digitalization solutions to maximize value proposition convincing our customers
  • You will support Linde PLANTSERV EMEA team with the smaller tasks s.a. SalesForce settings small proposals standardization prepare internal presentations to support management decisions
  • Developing technical and commercial proposals that meet the internal as well as customer requirements is part of your role
  • Executing service and smaller revamp projects including the coordination of all technical and interdisciplinary teams
  • On demand leading other special tasks in the field of business development win/loss reviews and improvement of our sales tools and processes

Qualifications:

  • You have a Masters degree in Engineering (from Europe Preferably) or combined Engineering and Business Administration.
  • You are self-reliant and have the drive to go the extra mile in order to win the project
  • Good working knowledge and experience of Air Separation Hydrogen & Syngas Petrochemicals or Natural Gas processes is a plus
  • You are customer focused and love to sell benefits to our customers based on our Linde Engineering know-how by listening to them and understanding their needs
  • You own effective analytical problem-solving and presentation skills
  • You are pragmatic hands on motivated and show a can-do attitude
  • Your English is fluent in spoken and written (other foreign languages are an advantage)
  • Strong negotiation skills and willingness to travel as needed
