WHAT YOULL DO
As an Administrative Assistant you will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of the Production Office and assisting with broader administrative functions. Your contribution ensures smooth internal logistics effective sample management and a well-organized office environment through proactive coordination and hands-on support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general office operations support including but not limited to office procurement and inventory management follow-up facilities maintenance preparation of financial and expenses reports shipment coordination
- Perform outdoor errands as needed to support office and operational needs
- Provide front desk coverage when required including handling travel requests greeting visitors and handling general inquiries
- Assist with manual tasks and logistics related to office setup meetings and events
- Support various office-related tasks activities and ad-hoc projects to ensure efficient day-to-day operations
