Station at PRC precast factory is required
Perform duty of TCP3 under RSEs stream
Check the record of the production drawings and ensure that proper drawings are used in manufacture of precast concrete production
Assist RSE to perform monthly audit on builders works
Lead a RS team to perform day-to-day inspection for the production process of precast product in factory
Maintain and submit record of inspection to fulfil clients specification
Arrange for the testing of concrete constituent materials and associated architectural materials
Arrange and supervise the slump test and preparation of concrete cubes for compressive strength test
Supervise the taking of concrete core samples
Report any non-conforming items and follow up with factory for rectification and preventive action
Submit monthly inspection report and prepare monthly audit report
Review contractors submission
Coordination with client and contractor for all technical issues
Qualifications :
Posses a degree / higher degree in civil or structural engineering from a university currently recognized by the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers
Minimum 4 years relevant experience in building construction of which 1 year must have been spent in Hong Kong
