Are you passionate about forging impactful partnerships and shaping commercial strategies Join our multicultural ASTORE team as a Business Development Manager for Accors Procurement Services and take on a pivotal role in supporting our Hotel Partners and -Clients in the region. Youll be at the heart of commercial relationships across France helping drive value and procurement success.
What will you do
- You own the commercial relationship with our Hotel partners focused particularly on key stakeholders such as top management within hotels and partners hotel owners asset managers and hotel GMs as well as operations
- Pilot business development activity through performance analysis KPI monitoring pipeline development and regular reporting
- Manage and develop a portfolio of qualified partners in your region including high-potential partners and strategic hotel owners
- Grow and sustain purchasing volumes with existing and new partners by identifying additional opportunities and deploying tailored action plans
- Recruit new partner networks and establishments with strong purchasing potential from prospecting to negotiation and contract finalization
- Act as a procurement expert and trusted partner by contributing to meetings workshops and cross-functional collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Manage key stakeholder relationships (owners top management hotel GMs) and communicate the value of ASTORE services including pricing advantages rebates and quality
Qualifications :
Our ideal profile would be:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development key account management sales or procurement
- Ideally a graduate of a business school or a university degree in management business or procurement
- Comfortable working in multi-partner environments; experience in a purchasing group or central procurement structure is a plus
- Confident using CRM tools (Salesforce ideally) and performance tracking systems
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable development plans
- Strong communication negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Organized autonomous proactive and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to adapt in a dynamic and evolving environment
- Fluency in English and French
