Role Overview:

As a Digital Marketing & Communications Specialist for Latin America you will lead regional marketing initiatives that drive brand visibility digital engagement and sales enablement. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution across multiple channels ensuring consistent and impactful communication.

On a typical day you will:

• Coordinate digital marketing campaigns across LATAM including social media SEO and website management for 14 country sites.

• Manage content creation paid media campaigns and ensure brand compliance across all platforms.

• Oversee CRM and lead generation activities analyzing KPIs and optimizing performance using tools like Hubspot and Google Analytics.

• Support sales enablement through training programs playbooks and performance reporting.

• Plan and execute events product launches and trade shows ensuring seamless communication with internal teams and customers.

• Analysis and monitoring of key KPIs/ROI for the Digital Marketing project Analytics for blog campaigns landing pages LinkedIn

What You Need to Succeed:

• Bachelors degree in marketing Business Communications or related field.

• Fluent in Spanish and English

• 5 years of experience

• Proven experience in digital marketing tools (Hubspot Google Analytics Tag Manager My Business) CRM systems and content management.

• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel PowerPoint; Power BI and multimedia editing are a plus.

• Creative innovative and hands-on professional with leadership and communication skills.
