Position Summary
Career Readiness Learning Objectives: Communication the intern will share relevant and timely information to various stakeholders using a variety of technological platforms efficiently and effectively. Teamwork the intern will develop an understanding of how Campus Ministry serves the mission of Gannon University and can be relied on as a full team member within the boundaries of the functions listed below. Position Summary The Campus Ministry Special Projects Intern will assist the Campus Ministry Team with numerous projects that will help the Campus Ministry Team with print and digital media and other program planning and facilitation. Essential Functions of this position: Using Canva to prepare flyers for the upcoming academic year. Enter Campus Ministry events into EngageU for the upcoming academic year. Create bulletin boards for the upcoming academic year for several locations on campus. Working with the Campus Ministry Team to finish out the current academic year and prepare for Academic Year 2026-2027 Campus Ministry Outreach initiatives to broaden the reach of Campus Ministry on Gannons campus. Campus Ministry social mediaAssisting the Campus Ministry team in creating promotional materials for the year ahead (photos reels etc.). Provide tech support for events in Kraus Hall as needed. Other duties as agreed upon between the Special Projects Intern and the supervisor.

Required Qualifications The qualified candidate must: be a current Gannon student who is actively engaged with their Christian faith. possess a general knowledge of the Catholic Faith and Christian Tradition. be trusted with sensitive/confidential information. possess excellent communication skills. be reliable in fulfilling all duties. Minimum GPA of 2.50
Preferred Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications A preferred candidate would have a general knowledge and appreciation of Gannon Campus Ministry. Knowledge of leadership theory / practice a significant plus. Knowledge of Canva EngageU Social Media Platforms and other Web Tools
